I downloaded 2.2.0 and ran it in bluestacks, but it forces the update upon launch of the app within the app with a pop-up that "your app is out of date. Tried VIN, Sirius's different Radio ID and my normal Radio ID, no update. Used the app on 2.3.0 to update the radio, again, 'Success!" and five minutes later, no update. I tried running Bluestacks with a geospoof FakeGPS Free and used Waze to verify the location to the famous TX location (33.091574,-96.827335). Just "Success!" and 5 minutes later, no access. I tried this number, though again, no dice. Then I tried using to see if my radio was eligible or something was up, and I saw my VIN ended up giving me a totally different Radio ID number than the number I saw in my car. I tried 3 different things, the channel 1 in my car which was an 8 digit ID, for some reason it failed to register in the app and said that number isn't associated with an account, so I used my VIN which did work in the past. I went the same dealership I had been using in the past and it would say Success, but the radio never refreshed.
IOS 14.3 with the 2.3.0 app on the app store. Here's the methodology I tried using, hopefully someone can spot where I went wrong? Today I figured I'd try again since that 3mo trial is up again for me. I've seen a handful of other lucky souls are able to keep doing this trick, so maybe someone can help me out here? I did the trick from the original thread for a while, then in the summer (About August, last known to work in July though) for some reason I couldn't get the app to update my radio and just did a free 3 mo trial online. Having some issues getting this trick to work for me.
